I am assuming this video has been released by the studio, and not made up by some “fan” that decided it would be a good idea to speculate on what certain aspects of the new film may look like:

Not only have they not really bothered to update the look of ED-209 (okay – he’s more edgier and seems to have a bit more weaponry but..), but I honestly cannot tell whether the CG used for these segments is corporate-level style CG or whether it is indicative of the quality of CG to be used in the film itself. Either way, it’s crap. Omnicrap. Not Omnicorp. Omnicrap.
If I had any money invested in this film (it would have to have been against my will as a shareholder), I’d personally visit Paul Verhoeven and apologise big time for this.
Whatever low expectations i had for the Robcop reboot up until this point have just been lowered even more. They have a year to fix all this – so it might improve. But I doubt it very, very much,
