I have loved the Muppets for as long as I can remember. So it was with great sadness to hear of Jerry Nelson’s death a few days ago.
I’ve just come across this clip on YouTube from the end credits to the Sesame Street movie, Follow That Bird. After the appalling monstrosity that was Disney’s Muppets, it’s a refreshing change to see the original team in their element.
This happens to be most favourite Count von Count moment – wait until he gets to the associate producer credit – enjoy!
