Story time - A.I. edition
When I was a kid, one of my greatest possessions was a personalised book that my maternal grandmother had made for me. It was one of those books where you could personalise the story so that you could put a child (or in case, me and my friends) in the story, and it was from a flour company called Homepride which featured a character called Fred. It was really just a case of replacing names and places in a set text. But I thought it was wonderful.
In 2025, it's now possible for A.I. to generate these kind of books. I took an image from the hit TV show Futurama and asked it to create a story about the cat-woman and human-dog. It's ten pages long, and does a fairly reasonable job. Images can be very inconsistent, and as you'll see at the end, just bloody weird.
